I've installed this application on Windows 10 and everything works normally without errors. When I started the installation of Anu Script Manager, I've used Run as Administrator option to avoid any other complications. At the end of the installation, the software configured and copied all the fonts necessary to work properly.

Re-download Anu Script Manager and follow the same procedure as I did and it should install properly.
You can't have the keyboard layout because the application was discontinued and the product is not available anymore. The application was replaced with Anu Telugu Fonts. You need to obtain that software to have ROMA keyboard layout and necessary fonts.
There is a problem in Anu Script Manager for editing telugu text in Adobe Photoshop cs3. It does not support Photoshop CS3.

It does not support Photoshop CS3 because the application is discontinued by the developer that makes it impossible to work with newer versions of Photoshop.
